SRTA and its transportation planning partners execute Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) for the conduct of transportation planning and programming, for passing through funding, as well as for the operation of transportation services. Additionally, the Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) operates under a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) among the cities and county of Shasta for the provision of public transit service.
