Regional Projects

SB-1, The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, is Rebuilding California. We've calculated that the Shasta Region gets $2.50 back in funding for every $1 we spend at the pump. SB-1 revenues translate to an average of over $63 million dollars annually in new transportation money over ten years. Here's a map that shows where some of that money is being spent in the Shasta Region by Caltrans; Shasta County; and the cities of Anderson, Redding, and Shasta Lake.
