In the immediate past Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2016-17, agencies in the Shasta region spent over $23 million of U.S. Department of Transportation funds for local streets, roads, bicycle, pedestrian and transit-related projects.  An FFY runs from October 1 to September 30.  SRTA is annually required to report on these funds within ninety days following the end (September 30) of the respective fiscal year.
